We offer free delivery of products within the European Union. Deliveries are arranged by us and carried out to the address provided by the buyer during the purchase process.

Withdrawal from the Agreement

You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance sales agreement. Below are the details regarding the conditions, withdrawal process, and refund.

Who can withdraw from the agreement?
A) Consumer – a person making a purchase as an individual customer.
B) A sole proprietor, if the purchase is not of a professional nature and the agreement was concluded after December 31, 2020.

How to withdraw from the agreement?
You only need to send us a statement of withdrawal, for example, via email at:

Please note that returns for equipment weighing more than 100 kg are handled using our transport.

Return process for heavy equipment:
Returns must be arranged in coordination with the Customer, who must provide a loading location suitable for an 8-meter trailer and towing vehicle.

Deadlines for withdrawal from the agreement:
You have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement.
The 14-day period starts from:

  • the moment you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods (in the case of multiple products, from the receipt of the last item).

Refunds

We will refund payments (including delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receiving your statement of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of its return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw does not apply to:

  • products made to individual specifications (e.g., customized products).

Complaints

If the purchased product proves to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint under warranty.

What are your options in case of a defect?
You have the right to request:

  • replacement of the product with a defect-free one,
  • removal of the defect.
    You can also submit a statement to:
  • reduce the price, or
  • withdraw from the agreement (in the case of a significant defect).

Important deadlines for complaints:

  • Complaints can be filed up to 2 years after the purchase.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 1 year of discovering the defect but no later than the end of the seller’s liability period.
